Required Fields
Workflow statuses can be associated with specific fields on specific pages in Backshop.
If the user has not completed the required fields, a red warning message will be displayed at the top of the workflow manager page. For example:
Note-level required fields are missing. Please click here to correct the issues on Demo Four Properties.
When you click the here link, you’re taken to the specific Backshop page to populate the missing fields. These fields are listed on top of the page in red text. For example:
Please correct the following errors and resubmit the form:

Lower on the page, the required items are displayed in red. After the required fields are populated, click the Update button, and Backshop will return you to the workflow manager page. If other warning messages are displayed, repeat the process to complete all required fields.
Prior Workflow Items
Workflow items such as tasks, notifications and approvals can be used as dependencies.
If the user has not completed the required items before moving to the next step in the workflow process, a red warning message will be displayed at the top of the workflow manager page. For example:

Template Item Dependency: Notify Treasury to Rate Lock must be completed before FIC Committee Approval
Workflow Pop-Ups
A pop-up dependency displays a pop-up window to remind a user to complete required item(s) before moving to the next step. For example:
