Ad Hoc Approvals, Notifications and Tasks

As a Backshop user, you have the ability to add approvals, notifications and tasks — items that are not included in the workflow template — on the fly.

To create these items, click on the following Action links at the top of the workflow page:

Add Approval
Add Notification
Add Task

When you add an approval, notification, or task that is not included in the workflow, that item will be added to the workflow page, in the phase/status that the deal is currently in.
