Jim Flaherty
President & CEO
Jim Flaherty is a recognized innovator in bringing process improvements to the CMBS
Market. During his 20-year career, Mr. Flaherty has founded two companies that have
successfully streamlined the CMBS process for the nation’s leading CMBS originators.
In 1997, Mr. Flaherty launched GateCapital, an advisory services firm that was acquired
in 2000 after growing to 50 professionals and offices in the U.S. and Japan. In
2000, Mr. Flaherty launched Backshop and CMBS.com with an advanced version of the
original technology developed by GateCapital.

Michael Warsinske
Vice President, Business Development
A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of startup sales and management experience,
Mr. Warsinske is responsible for evangelizing CMBS.com's software solutions to potential
customers throughout the world. After founding Cybereps, an early VC backed online
advertising sales firm, and selling the company in 2001 to Interep Radio Sales (NASDAQ:
IREP), Mr. Warsinske has been active in providing sales, marketing and strategic
introductions to dozens of emerging online media and software companies.

Yoon Lee
Vice President, Client Services
Yoon Lee has more than ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry
and is responsible for client services, training and project management for Backshop
and CMBS.com. Prior to joining Backshop and CMBS.com, Ms. Lee worked for GMAC Commercial
Mortgage and GateCapital with a focus on credit analysis, client and investor relations,
investor reporting and compliance.

Emma Cinco
Vice President, Client Services
Emma Cinco has thirteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry,
specializing in investor relations, subcontracting oversight, and CMBS compliance
and reporting. Prior to working with Backshop and CMBS.com, Ms. Cinco worked in
the Special Servicing/Asset Management group at GMAC Commercial Mortgage and headed
Portfolio and CMBS Servicing at GateCapital.

David McCormack
Chief Technology Officer
David McCormack has more than fifteen years of software development experience and
is responsible for the design and development of Backshop and CMBS.com’s software
products. Prior to working with Backshop and CMBS.com, Mr. McCormack worked for
Langtech as Senior Architect.

Eric Hooshmand
Vice President, Development
Eric Hooshmand has more than 12 years of software development experience and is responsible
for leading projects for Backshop and CMBS.com. Previous experience includes working
as a Software Engineer in the Sustaining Engineering Group at Network Appliance
Inc., and as a Software Developer at Homes.com.
